Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre

The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre is a non-profit healthcare organization, located in Southwestern Ontario. The Grand Bend Area Community Health Centre provides comprehensive medical care to clients and patients with specialization in Primary Care, Rehabilitation Services, Social Work, Diabetes Education, Occupational Health, Nutrition, and Health Promotions. They have over 60 employees and over 112 endpoints providing care for over 17,000 patients.
